An excellent real estate experience with Eunice Lee.
I found Eunice Lee as my neighbor’s real estate agent when they were listing their home and later I learned that the house sold above asking price. I was also thinking about selling my home at the time and so I decided to contact her.
Before reaching her out, honestly I was bit worried about how the differences in our backgrounds and culture will affect the communication, understanding of our needs, demands, ideas, concepts, etc.
But in reality Eunice is the easiest person to communicate with and is always ready to answer your calls and eager to keep you updated. She works around the clock for her clients. Before hiring her I worked with couple of realtors and they were all nice and good. But Eunice was exceptional in her expertise and professionalism. She went above and beyond my expectations and sold my house way above asking price. Her unique selling techniques helped us to get the best possible value for our home.
Undoubtedly we used her services for purchasing our new home and her knowledge and negotiation skills helped us to get the best deal in the market for our dream home.
I recommended her to my friends and they were also extremely happy with her services.
Overall she is a amazing realtor who is really hardworking, very knowledgeable, and professional.

Moving from one home to another is stressful time. So many decisions need to be made. So much unknown. But having a professional on your side make it all so much easier.
The one and only move from one home to another we had was when housing markets was nuts. Every home we saw was sold way over asking price with multiple offers. At the same time, open house for our condo didn’t exactly explode with viewers.
Eunice kept telling us – “don’t worry. You only need one buyer”. It got sold exactly as we were hoping.
Then looking for new house. I remember her calling us and saying – you need to see this one. So happy we listened. We still can’t believe the price we bought it for. And it is exactly the home we needed.
But beside all the financial good stories, what I appreciate the most was the process where you just know she got you. It feels as if she has all her energy and time dedicated to you, while of cause she has other clients. Their is no pressure. Simply expertise, spectacular work ethics and dedication.
I just wish I had people like Eunice covering all my other needs in live.
