Introduction

Parkway by BlueSky Properties is a proposed new community in the developing Surrey City Centre. This site will feature 3 towers up to 51-stories above a 5-level parkade. All the towers to follow will feature similar, yet their own private amenities as well. However, a communal 3-storey amenity building, functioning mostly as a wellness and fitness centre will be offered for the use of all residents.
